Emergency PREPAREDNESS begins with each individual.  Are you prepared for an emergency?   An emergency may involve a power outage, fire, flooding, ice storm, snow storm, tornado, nuclear disaster, earthquake, anthrax, food poisoning, contaminated water, pandemic flu, SARS, etc.   Each person, family, corporation, congregation, school, daycare, retail establishment, utility company and government entity must have a plan.
